Matthew Bowman was found not guilty of either second-degree murder or armed criminal action in shooting death of Jimmie Tillery in September 2015.Bowman shot Tillery five times with an AK-47 rifle as Tillery sat in his pickup truck. Bowman testified Tillery had previously threatened his family.
