Officers with the Greenville Police Department were dispatched to 86 calls Monday, took five people into custody and filed 25 reports.

District Court

— William DeShong Booker, 47, Arlington, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of felony DWI and was placed on seven years of probation with 200 hours of community-based service.



County Court-at-Law

— In State of Texas v. Raymond Curtis Ware, II, the defendant was found guilty of Criminal Trespass. The defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Sammy Dale Waldroup, the defendant was found guilty of False Drug Test/Falsification Device. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Mark Wharton, the defendant was found guilty of Theft of Property by Check. The defendant was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. William Bruce Stoval III, the defendant was found guilty of Driving While Intoxicated/Second Offense. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Jose Salvador Perez, the defendant was found guilty of Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence. The defendant was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Jason Lynn Day, the defendant was found guilty of Theft of Property. The defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail, probated for 12 months, fined $500 and ordered to pay court costs.
