It has been four months since an award-winning executive with L-3 Mission Integration in Greenville vanished without a trace.
Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks said the investigation into the disappearance of Matthew “Matt” Hallman remains open, but that investigators have nothing else to go on.
“We have not had any new leads or any new information,” Meeks said. “The search has hit a dead end.”
Hallman purchased a large amount of camping equipment from a local store on the day he disappeared in late July, but there have been no other clues concerning his disappearance made public and Meeks said no one has come forward with any tips since shortly after Hallman went missing.
Hallman has not been seen or heard from since July 23, when he texted his wife Kathy, who was at the couple’s Rockwall residence, that he was leaving another home the couple owns in the 900 block of County Road 3310, also known as Bethel Road, in far south Greenville after performing some routine maintenance.
Hallman’s wallet and other personal effects were with the vehicle which was found at the Greenville residence.
