A local man has been arrested on multiple counts of sexually assaulting a child and/or children in Hunt and Ellis counties.
Levi Keith Flores, also known as Levi Kevin Flores according to records from the Hunt County Detention Center, is being held in the jail in lieu of a total of $700,000 bond on six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Flores, 31, of Greenville, was initially taken into custody Friday morning by the Greenville Police Department on a charge of no driver’s license and four of the aggravated sexual assault of a child counts.
Flores was charged Friday evening while still in the jail on the two additional counts, filed with the Waxahachie Police Department listed as the issuing authority.
Each of the aggravated sexual assault charges are first degree felonies and are punishable upon conviction by a maximum sentence of from five to 99 years to life in prison.
It was unknown as of Saturday morning whether Flores had an attorney available to represent him or whether he would be petitioning the state district courts in Hunt County to appoint him a defense counsel.
