Chamber 'Puttin' on the Ritz, Y'all'

GREENVILLE — The 2014 Annual Greenville Chamber Auction is celebrating the wild west by heading south.

“Puttin’ on the Ritz, Y’all”, is scheduled Saturday at the Peninsula Ranch and Lodge and benefits the Greenville Chamber Education Foundation Education Programs and the Greenville Chamber.

There will be a silent auction, a live auction, a Cowboy Boot drawing, dinner, an open bar and entertainment.

Among the items which have been added to the auction is a themed party for 12 at the historic Texan Theater in downtown Greenville, donated by Barbara Horan and catered by James Horan; a Shabby Chic love seat donated by T&J’s Good Pickins; an outdoor heater donated by Atmos Energy; and a Main Stays two-person outdoor swing. donated by Tarpley Realtors.

Tickets are $25 per person and sponsorships are available for the event.

For those who don’t feel like driving, the Chamber and Enterprise Rent-A-Car are offering free transportation from Greenville to and from the event.
