GREENVILLE — Do you have a great eye for photography? If so, we'd love to see what you've done! Photo submissions are being accepted now through Aug. 22 at the Herald-Banner office, 2305 King Street, Greenville, Texas 75401, for the Seventh Annual Photography Contest hosted by the W. Walworth Harrison Public Library and the Herald-Banner.

Photos can be mailed or dropped off during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). No email entries will be accepted, unfortunately. Photos will only be accepted through Agu. 22.

The contest will ahve two divisions: Adult (ages 18 and up) and Junior (ages 17 and under).

Only printed black and white or color photographs may be submitted; they must be no smaller than four by six inches and no larger than eight by 10 inches. No framed or matted photos, please.

The Herald-Banner will publish the best photographs in both divisions, as judged by a panel made up of Herald-Banner employees and members of the local community, one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday each week.

Entry forms are available at the library and the herald-Banner. Contact Lisa Magenheimer at 903-457-2992 for more information.
