Tour of McNatt home to benefit FISH

GREENVILLE — A Thursday afternoon home tour inside one of Greenville’s grandest residences will benefit Hunt County Shared Ministries (FISH).

The McNatt home at 3616 Stonewall Street will also be the site of an estate sale starting Friday.

Those taking the tour will get a chance to preview the estate sale, although there will be no sales during the tour itself.

Sales by Don Coppinger is conducting both events.

The home tour is scheduled between 4 and 6 p.m. Thursday. Admission is $10 per person, with all proceeds going to benefit FISH.

Parking is available across Stonewall Street at Kavanaugh United Methodist Church.

The home was built in 1925 by the F.E. Phillips family. The McNatt’s moved in to the residence in 1950.

The estate sale is scheduled between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, between 1 and 4 p.m. Nov. 24 and between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Nov. 25.
