Two missing teenagers return home

Fuentes, Carty found

GREENVILLE — Two teenagers reported missing Thursday returned to their homes Friday, according to City of Greenville Public Relations Liaison Autumn Barton.

"The police department and the sheriff's office would like to thank the citizens of Greenville and the newspaper," she said. "We really appreciate how everyone was involved and interested."

No more information regarding their return is available at this time.

The Greenville Police Department took a missing persons report for a 17-year-old female named Diana Fuentes Thursday. Fuentes, a Hispanic female, was last seen leaving Greenville High School with her boyfriend, Justin Carty, at approximately 3:54 p.m., Oct. 2, 2013.

Carty, a 17-year-old white male, was also reported as a missing person at the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office.
