Celebrating women and the Power of the Purse

GREENVILLE — Women will be celebrated next week during a special fundraiser sponsored by the United Way of Hunt County.

LaDonna Gatlin, the sister of the famous Gatlin Brothers, will be the guest speaker for the “Power of the Purse” luncheon, scheduled for noon Thursday, April 4, at Wesley United Methodist Church.

Gatlin will be encouraging those attending the event to “Tune Up Your Life” and live their values from the inside out. Gatlin’s program delivers seven key principles that can guide women through anything life throws at them. As she closes this presentation, LaDonna literally sings her message straight into the hearts of the attendees. It’s a powerful way to take the message home …with a song in their hearts.

The luncheon is $50 per person, with reservations due today.

Those wanting more information can call 903-455-7414.
