Greenville Police searching for two missing teens

GREENVILLE — The  Greenville Police Department has announced it is seeking two local teenagers reported missing Thursday.

The following was issued by the police department a short time ago:

The Greenville Police Department took a missing persons report for a 17-year-old female named Diana Fuentes yesterday, Thursday, October 3, 2013.  

 

Fuentes, a Hispanic female, was last seen leaving Greenville High School with her boyfriend, Justin Carty, at approximately 3:54 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2013. 

 

Carty, a 17-year-old white male, is also reported as a missing person at the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office.  

 

“There has been information discovered during the initial investigation which leads us to believe that the two of them may have planned to go out of town,” said GPD Chief Dan Busken. “We are working with the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office in attempting to locate these two young people.” 

 

Fuentes is 4’10” tall and weighs 110 pounds.  She has brown eyes and waist-length brown hair and was last seen wearing black pants and a red shirt.

 

Carty is 6’ tall and weighs 200 pounds.  He  has brown eyes and short black hairand was last seen wearing a gray L.A. Kings flat-billed hat, light-colored cargo shorts and a striped shirt.
