Potential for strong winds, small hail with passing storms this evening

GREENVILLE — The National Weather Service is warning of the slight potential for some gusty winds and small hail, with the arrival of a cold front in the area this evening:

COLD FRONT IS MOVING ACROSS NORTH TEXAS...LOCATED AT 4 PM NEAR A LINE FROM BONHAM TO TERRELL TO ENNIS TO HUBBARD TO TEMPLE.

ISOLATED SHOWERS WERE BEGINNING TO FORM ALONG THE FRONT. AS THE AFTERNOON PROGRESSES...EXPECT COVERAGE TO INCREASE TO SCATTERED WITH THUNDERSTORMS FORMING AS WELL. INDIVIDUAL STORMS WILL MOVE GENERALLY EASTWARD AT ABOUT 30 MPH. A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG...PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL. COVERAGE SHOULD

DECREASE AFTER MID EVENING AS THE FRONT CONTINUES INTO EAST TEXAS.
