Rides featured during Fair's final day

GREENVILLE — The shows may be over, but the midway will still be going strong today at the Hunt County Fair.

It will even cost visitors a lot less to ride all the rides they want this afternoon.

The 2014 Hunt County Fair and Livestock Show, presented by Innovation First International, carries the theme of “Building New Traditions for a Brilliant Future” and concludes today. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for kids.

The midway is sponsored by Cavender’s and includes carnival rides provided by Happy World. The midway is scheduled to be open between noon and 6 p.m. today, with all-you-care-to-ride armbands on sale for $10 each until 5 p.m.

Additional information about this year’s Fair is available by calling 903-454-1503 or on the web site at www.huntcountyfair.net.
