GREENVILLE — Fireworks will be lighting up the skies of North Texas, starting tonight and continuing through the weekend:
— 101 Fireworks in Campbell is conducting a free fireworks demonstration show, starting at dark tonight at the company’s store located at the Commerce exit on eastbound Interstate 30.
— The seventh annual Fourth Fest is scheduled tonight in Royse City. Festivities begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Royse City High School football stadium, with inflatables, a climbing wall, a watermelon-eating contest and more. The fireworks are set to begin at 9:30 p.m. at the football stadium.
— The fourth annual City Wide Fireworks Display is scheduled Saturday night in Honey Grove, starting at dusk behind Puckett Family Clinic.
— The seventh annual Josephine Volunteer Fire Department “Fireworks In The Park” is scheduled Saturday. The event begins with the Third Annual Josephine Volunteer Fire Department Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show. Registration begins at 3 p.m., with the show running 4-6:30 p.m. Saturday. Entry fee is $20. “Fireworks In The Park” starts at 6 p.m., with crafts, a bounce house, games and more. There will be live music and a raffle drawing for a 40-inch LED television. — The Harbor in Rockwall is hosting “Freedom Fest” betweeen 4 and 10 p.m. Sunday. The event is scheduled to include food vendors, live music and fireworks after dark.
