Another busy day of early voting

GREENVILLE — Hunt County Elections Administator Mina Cook said her office tallied another 1,073 early ballots Tuesday; including 941 cast in person, with 109 ballots by mail received, eight limited ballots and 15 military ballots.

A total of 9,724 early ballots have cast so far.

Early voting for the November 6 general election, and a handful of other elections, will continue through Friday at the Hunt County Voter Administration Office, 2217 Washington Street in downtown Greenville.

Voting will take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday.

Early voting will be expanded to between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.
