GREENVILLE — POTATO SALAD - Rita Haldeman
5 lbs. Red Potatoes cooked and sliced with skins on
9-10 hard-boiled Eggs
1 large sweet Onion
Mix ½ Mayonnaise, ½ Miracle Whip and some cream or milk together.
Season with salt, pepper and celery salt.
Mix everything together and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
