GREENVILLE — CHOCOLATE FUDGE - Carol Ferguson
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
12 oz bag Milk Chocolate Chips
6 oz bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
¼ tsp Mint Extract
Put chocolate chips in an 8x8 glass dish; pour eagle brand milk over top, do not stir. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Add extract stir till thoroughly mixed.
Store in refrigerator for 2 hours then at room temperature until ready to cut. If left in refrigerator
too long it will be too hard to cut easily.
