GREENVILLE — Banana Split Cake – Charman Davis
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 stick Butter, softened
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 Bananas, sliced lengthwise
1 (12 oz) container of Cool Whip
Pecans (whole or pieces)
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together and press in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix egg, powdered sugar and vanilla together and spread over graham cracker layer.
Layer drained pineapple over second layer.
Layer bananas on top of pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip on top of banana layer.
Decorate with pecans and maraschino cherries.
