Officers make two arrests

Officers with the Greenville Police Department were dispatched to 85 calls Tuesday, made two arrests — one for outstanding warrants and one for public intoxication — and filed 13 reports.



Courts

District Court

— Dallas Lee Moss, 46, Kemp, had probation on a charge of felony DWI revoked and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.



Hunt County Court-at-Law No. 1

— In State of Texas v. Thomas James Mahoney, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving While License Invalid. The defendant was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Lee Michael Rhea, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated. The defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Fedrick Tarone Wiley, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Failure to Identify. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Charles Henry Nelson, Jr., the defendant’s probation for Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport was revoked. The defendant was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Scott Anthony Riley, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Failure to Identify/Fugitive from Justice. The defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Antonio Demetric Johnson, the defendant’s probation for Failure to Identify/Fugitive from Justice was revoked. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Christopher Aaron Romell, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Wrong or Fictitious Vehicle Registration. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

— In State of Texas v. Michael Jabbar Fitz, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Failure to Identify/Fugitive from Justice. The defendant was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
