Police officers make a dozen arrests

Officers with the Greenville Police Department were kept busy Tuesday, making a dozen arrests, most on outstanding warrants.

Officers were also dispatched to 108 calls and filed 40 reports.

Of those people taken into custody, seven were arrested for outstanding warrants, two for disorderly conduct and one each for driving while license suspended, no driver’s license and assault/family violence.



Courts

District Court

— Randy Michael McCoy, 52, Dike, forfeited bond on a charge of felony DWI. A warrant was ordered for McCoy’s arrest and new bond was set at $10,000 cash only.

— Jasmine Nichole King, 20, Commerce, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of credit/debit card abuse and was placed on three years of deferred adjudication probation with two days in the Hunt County Jail, 120 hours of community service and a $250 fine.

— Lagarin Jermaine Savage, 20, Greenville, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of burglary and was placed on eight years of deferred adjudication probation, with 60 days in the Hunt County Jail, 120 hours of community service and a $200 fine.

— Jeffery Heath Robinson, 38, Greenville, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of felony DWI and was placed on 10 years of probation, with 10 days in the Hunt County Jail, 120 hours of community service and a $200 fine.

— Crystal Forsyth Robnett, 33, Terrell, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated-second offense and was placed on two years of probation with 40 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine.

— Justen Lewis Barnhardt, 29, Greenville, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of felony DWI and was placed on 10 years of probation with 30 days in the Hunt County Jail and a $1,250 fine.

— James Henry Eubanks, 47, Greenville, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and had probation on a third charge of possession of a controlled substance revoked. Eubanks was sentenced to 10 years in prison and two years in a state jail, to run concurrently.

— Vincente Perez Lopez III, 20, Dumas, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was placed on three years of deferred adjudication probation with a $500 fine.



Court-at-Law No. 1

— In State of Texas v. Nathan Ahlin Sanders, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the charge of Possession of Marijuana. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
