Davie Clifton Reeves, 70, of Klondike, Texas passed away on Friday afternoon, Oct. 11, 2013.
He was born Dec. 28, 1942, to Avon Dewey and Beulah Faye Reeves. He married Carolyn Hamilton Reeves in 1978.
Davie worked for Mrs. Bairds Bread for 30 years. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Davie is survived by his sons, Keith & wife Donna of Cash, Jason Graves of Emory and Toby and wife Victoria of Klondike; daughters, Kimberly of Cash and Heather of Prosper; seven grandchildren, Landon, Kassidy, Mackenzie, Corie, Jordon, Kason and Dylan; sister, Ann Emery; Nephews, Jamie, Tracey, Shea and wife Marley Emery.
Davie is preceded in death by his loving wife, parents and nephew, Stacey Emery.
Pallbearers will be Danny O’Neal, Jarred Jennings, Blake Cooper, Tim Kerby, Bryan Stewart and Kelly Barrett. Honorary pallbearers are the Greenville football team of 1961.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville, Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Cooper.
