WOLFE CITY — Seneca Demont Hashaway, 36, of DeSoto died July 22, 2013, at his residence. His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Wolfe City with Pastor Oscar Epps officiating. Burial will be in Mount Carmel-West Cemetery in Wolfe City.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home in Greenville.

Son of Michael and Nancy Hashaway, he was born Nov. 15, 1976, in Greenville. He worked as a paralegal and was a member of Community Missionary Baptist Church in DeSoto.

Survivors are his parents of Wolfe City; two sisters, Staria Hashaway and Sonya Hashaway, both of Wolfe City; one niece; three nephews; a grandmother, Otelio McMillan of Sherman; four uncles, five aunts and cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Norman and Ozie Hashaway and Otis Wilson and a sister, Michaela Hashaway.
