COMMERCE — Eva Mae Stiggers, 76, of Commerce, died Dec. 15, 2013 at her home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. today at Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home, Greenville.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, at Griffith Chapel CME Church, Commerce. Burial will be in Rosemound Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 28, 1937, in Cason, Texas, to Neal and Emma Lucas Martin. On June 17, 1964, She married Douglas Stiggers in Commerce. She was retired, and a member of Griffith Chapel CME Church and the Women’s Mission Society.

Survivors include her husband, Douglas Stiggers of Commerce; stepson Gary Stiggers of Fort Worth; two daughters, Verti Hickson/Pritchett and husband Rev. James Pritchett of Cedar Hill, and Sheena Wrightand husband Ryan; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and one sister.
