Ernest Meisenheimer

GREENVILLE — Ernest “Opa” Meisenheimer suddenly went to Heaven on April 8, 2013.

Born Nov. 21, 1946, to Jack and Lula Meisenheimer, Ernest leavesbehind his wife of 44 years, Barbara; his children, Matthew Meisenheimer and wife Wendy and Patti Meisenheimer-Martinez; his two grandsons, Landon and Eli Martinez; a sister, Sarah; numerous extended family members; and a slew of friends whom he loved like family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Coker Mathews Funeral Home with Pastor Butch Bruton officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to New Life Family Church, a place that Ernest truly loved at 3636 Highway 36 Caddo Mills, 75135.
