Klyne Martin

WINNSBORO — Mr. Klyne R. Martin, 72, of Commerce passed away Sept. 19, 2013.

Klyne was born in Winnsboro May 24, 1941, to the late R.C. and Mary Bess Lockey Martin. He was a member of the Commerce United Methodist Church, the Commerce Lions Club, and past member of the Commerce Rotary Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Linda Martin of Commerce; a son, Nicholas Martin and wife Carla of Commerce; daughter Brooke Sarratt and husband Tom of North Richland Hills; a sister, Susan Bruckner and husband Michael of Sunset; and three grandchildren, Haydn Martin, William Boyd Sarratt, and Harrison Sarratt.

His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Beaty Funeral Home, 816 W. Broadway in Winnsboro with Pastor Mike Langdon officiating. Interment will be at Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Nicholas Martin, Craig Swann, Robert Helvey, Tom Sarratt, Danny Daniels, and Jon Bruckner.
