Wanda Gay Kimball, 82, of Greenville passed away April 5, 2013, at her home.
She was born Aug. 27, 1930, in Shreveport, La., to Lola Thompson Parker and Clay Edgar Parker. Wanda was a lifelong, loyal member of the order of The Eastern Star. She served as past Worthy Matron and Grand Representative of Pennsylvania in Texas.
She was beloved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
Wanda married Jack Kimball on July 20, 1950, in Shreveprort, La.
She is survived by husband Jack, daughter and son-in-law Debby and Jim Maddox of Greenville, son and daughter-in-law Darrell and Julia Kimball of California, son and daughter-in-law Joe and Vickie Kimball of Greenville, eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, sister Joy Galbraith of Arkansas, and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Parker, and mother-in-law Irene Kimball Wyatt.
The family requests that donations be made to The Eastern Star, Chapter 82, Caddo Mills.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
