Elbert “Ward” Feezor, 51, of Carrollton, after a battle with cancer, went home to be with the Lord June 23, 2013, at his mother’s residence with his mother and brother at his side.
Services will be at 10 a,m. Wednesday at Highland Terrace Baptist Church with Rev. Royce Litchfield and Ward’s son, Grant Feezor, officiating. Interment will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Ward was born Sept. 6, 1961, in Greenville to Elbert H. and Billie J. Ward Feezor. Ward graduated from Greenville High School in 1980, then graduated from A.T.I. as a cad engineer going to work at Thybar Corporation for 23 years. He started as a cad engineer and later moved into sales.
His survivors include his mother of Greenville; three special children Grant, Elizabeth and Katelyn (whom he loved more that anything); his brother Wayne Feezor of Greenville; and niece Amanda Allen of Denton.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Morrison, Steve Ash, Audie Vick, Bryan Patterson, Larry Acker, and Bobby Bigby.
Honorary pallbearers will be John Palos, Bobby Castillo, Kenny Bonnett, Todd Rowlen, Keith Hurst, and Scott Farquhar.
