Betty Spaulding

Betty B. Spaulding, 90, passed away June 14, 2013. A graveside service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home, 2301 Sylvania Avenue, in Fort Worth.

Memorial donations made be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Betty was born March 26, 1923, in Fort Worth to A.B. and Mary Fletcher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, O.E. “Art” Spaulding; brothers Montell, Patrick, Jack, Mack and Robert Fletcher; and sisters Mary Williamson, Louise Williams and Patsy Dobbs.

Survivors include a son, Bob Spaulding and wife Clydette of Greenville; grandson Todd Spaulding of Poteet; granddaughters Alicia Matthews of Little Elm and Dana Spaulding Hill of Lucas; a niece, Susan Williamson; and nephews David Williamson of Fort Worth and Clifford Fletcher of Alaska. Grandma Betty was the proud great-grandmother of four great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters.
