WOLFE CITY — Ashlee Gayle Morris, 22, of Wolfe City passed away June 30, 2013, near Wolfe City. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Family Fellowship in Greenville with Rev. Paul Blue and her brother-in-law, Nathan Ray Northcutt officiating. Interment will follow at Webb Hill Cemetery.  

Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born Jan. 15, 1991, in Dallas, Ashlee was the daughter of John Kern and Susan Dawn  (Hunter) Morris. She graduated from Wolfe City High School in the Class of 2009 and was a student majoring in animal science at Texas A&M University-Commerce. She was employed by Daisy Farms in Paris. Her greatest love of her life was God, her family and her friends. She was very active in the college group and loved teaching her kindergarten class at Family Fellowship where she was a member. She loved life and had a huge passionate heart for animals.  

Her survivors include her parents, Kern and Susan Morris of Wolfe City; sisters and brothers-in-law Amber and Nathan Northcutt of Wolfe City and April and Colt Bellows of Ector; nephews Jasper Kern and Judd Allen Northcutt of Wolfe City; niece Hadley Ann Bellows of Ector; grandparents Doyle Hunter of Hugo, Okla., and Essie and Jim Schewe of LaRue, Texas; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary Ann and Jack Kern Morris, and nephew Jackson Edgar Northcutt.

Pallbearers will be Ben Hunter, Coy Martin, Zak Rohret, James Russell, Jarrett Teel, Jordan Click, Josh Valcich, and Matt Frazier. Honorary pallbearer will be Chase Daniel.
