James Radke

COMMERCE — James Martin Radke, 66, passed away Oct. 30, 2013, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born June 4, 1947, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Dortha and Martin Radke.

Those left to celebrate his life include his wife of 48 years, Sandra Freeman Radke; son Michael James and Tiffani of Campbell; daughter Connie of Council Bluffs, Iowa; granddaughters Jessica and fiancé Dylan Dougherty and Cassie Radke;  grandsons Martin Radke and Jeremy Radke; two great-grandsons; sisters Margaret Day (Good) of Des Moines, Iowa, Shirley Jensen of Albuquerque, N.M., and Judie and Terry Pollard of Louisville, Neb.; a brother, Larry and Karen Radke of Wisconsin; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Dortha and Martin Radke; brothers Marlen Radke and Dean Radke; and nephew Dwayne Radke.

Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Commerce. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Brigham Cemetery in Campbell.

A time of visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Commerce Funeral Home.
