GREENVILLE — An Oklahoma man was killed early Saturday morning in a motorcycle accident in North Greenville.

The Greenville Police Department reported the accident occurred shortly after midnight in the 1400 block of Rees Street.

Officers responding to the scene discovered a male rider who had apparently lost control of a Harley Davidson motorcycle and hit a sign post.

The man, later identified by family members as Keith Malone, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Williams, and the body was sent to the Medical Examiners office in Dallas.

The cause of the accident was reported to still be under investigation as of Saturday evening.
