The indictments against Oshay Xavier Scott Carter and Demarquez Dijuan Pugh were returned November 16 by the Hunt County grand jury.

Carter, 17, and Pugh, 18, both of Greenville, each received one indictment for burglary of a habitation. The pair were taken into custody August 16 by the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office  in connection with the alleged burglary.

According to report from the sheriff’s office, a residential burglary occurred at around 4:30 a.m. August 5 at a residence near Hunt County Road 2584 near Royse City.
