Why did the house cross the road?

GREENVILLE — Just an advance warning for local motorists, don't be alarmed if you see a house traveling along the Interstate 30 frontage roads Tuesday morning.

The City of Royse City will be relocating a one-story residence from the south side of the interstate to the north side. As the structure is too tall to pass under the overpasses along the highway, the plans are to leave Royse City, proceeding eastbound on the frontage road, starting at around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, cross over the Wesley Street overpass, then proceed westbound on the frontage road back to Royse City.
