Anyone who may be “In The Mood” to revisit the days of swing jazz and the big bands may want to visit the Greenville Municipal Auditorium (GMA) for a special performance tonight.
“In The Mood”, an all-singing, all-dancing, all-American 1940s musical revue, is celebrating its 20th season with a concert starting at 7:30 p.m.
The concert will feature a fully staged tribute to Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman and the big bands of the 1940s, complete with authentic costumes and choreography.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and tickets range from $24 to $35 each.
Additional information and reserve seating is available on the auditorium’s web site at www.showtimeatthegma.com.
