Sheriff's Posse to perform at Irish Fest this weekend

GREENVILLE — Some local law enforcement equestrian enthusiasts will be heading to Dallas this weekend, to participate in a celebration of Irish culture.

The Hunt County Sheriff’s Posse is scheduled to appear during the North Texas Irish Festival at Fair Park.

The mounted unit will be included in a performance/demonstration as part of the “Spirit Of The Horse” event, during various times both Saturday and Sunday.

The group first performed at the festival last year and organizers were so impressed they invited them back to be a part of this year’s event.

A complete schedule of the festival is available at www.ntif.org.
