GREENVILLE — As of 11:15 a.m., the National Weather Service was reporting the potential for the worst severe weather this afternoon has been moved well to our south,
but Hunt County and much of North Texas could still see some large hail with the storms which cross the region this afternoon:
The severe threat continues to evolve for this afternoon. This morning's thunderstorms have sent an outflow boundary southward that will likely be a major contributor to severe potential this afternoon. Areas from Comanche to Waco and south/west of there have an increasing threat of significant severe weather based on the latest data...including very large hail...damaging wind gusts and isolated tornadoes.
