Just in time for spring

GREENVILLE — The arrival of spring means it is time to begin planning for both indoor and outdoor projects around the house.

The Keep Greenville Beautiful has scheduled its annual Spring Home & Garden Show from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. today at the Fletcher Warren Civic Center.

There will be a variety of exhibits, displays and demonstrations during the free event; including information from Hunt County Wood Turners, Spradling’s Greenhouse, Atwoods, Aerobic Water, Grillmasters Meat Company, Double K Travel Services, Texas Agrilife Extension Service, The Home Depot, Tower gardens, Jim’s Plants, John Kelso/Greenville Playground Association, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the Pampered Chef, Winestone Farms and many more.

There will also be a silent auction, a Kids Corner with opportunities for arts and crafts and a raffle for two floor level tickets to the May 2 Ricky Skaggs concert at Greenville Municipal Auditorium.

Habitat for Humanity will be selling hot dogs for $1 each.
