Ronnie Dewey Wineinger, 63, of Garland, Texas, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2009, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Coker-Mathews Chapel with Rev. Vernell Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Wineinger was born Dec. 24, 1945, in Greenville, the son of Dewey and Juanita Shipp Wineinger. He married Barbara Lee on Feb. 1, 1986, in Celeste. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a supervisor in facility maintenance. He was a member of the Pentecostal church.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Wineinger of Garland; four sons, Don Wineinger of Garland, Ronnie Wineinger of Baytown, Texas, Steven Wineinger of Garland and James Lindsey of Fort Stewart, Ga.; two daughters, Amie Cain of Garland and Debbie Traylor of Quinlan; mother, Juanita Wineinger of Greenville; two sisters, Sherry Hamm of Spring, Texas, and Sandra Wilburn of Greenville; grandchildren, Kevin Wineinger, Jessie Traylor, Kyle Wineinger, Angel Hughes, Chrystal Traylor, Keith Wineinger, Jessica Wineinger, Holly Traylor, Korey Wineinger, Caitlyn Lindsey, Taylor Cain and Jacob Lindsey and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Pallbearers will be Dewey Watson, Joe Watson, Kevin Wineinger, Monty Wineinger, Randy Wineinger and Glen Watson.
