BREAKING: Council votes to amend City Manager's contract again

GREENVILLE — The Greenville City Council voted Tuesday to amend City Manager Steven Alexander's contract again, although the amendment was the same amendment approved two weeks ago.

The Council voted 5-2, following a one-hour executive session, to raise the number of Council members it would take to terminate Alexander from four to five. And, just like two weeks ago, Council members Jeff Dailey and Dan Perkins were the dissenting votes.

Details in Wednesday's Herald-Banner.
